Issue/Introduction

Error Message :

The short description of the &$RESTART_RUNID# predefined variable that appears in the 'Variables' list in the Variable Picker, is misleading.

Old Short Description: "RunID of the restart"

The Variable name &$RESTART_RUNID# actually contains the run ID of the *original* run of a task, even if it has been restarted.

New Short Description: "Returns RunID of the most recent restart."

In comparision, the variable &$RUNID# contains the run ID of the most recent rerun of a task. If the task has not been rerun, then &$RESTART_RUNID# and &$RUNID# will be the same.
