Error Message : ARA cannot be accessed by this URL – please contact your Administrator
The ECCCallbackURL in the ARA customer.config is not set by default.
Therefore, the links that are sent out for approvals don’t work as expected and lead to error messages like:
“ARA cannot be accessed by this URL – please contact your Administrator”

Investigation
Use the One Installer to install AE and ARA.
Check the value ECCCallbackURL the ARA customer.config file to see if there is a value.
