When attempting to open a WebService job and navigate to the "Web Service" tab from the Java User Interface (UI) or the Automic Web Interface (AWI), the above error is displayed.
Select the Details/Stack trace options on the error and the details show:
Cause type: Other Root Cause: This usually happens when the User Interface is left open for an extended period of time.
