HTML Call object is sent as plain text if a VARA SQL is processed before the HTML header (<html>...).
However, if VARA SQL is processed after the HTML header then the HTML Call object is sent as HTML.
Or if you use VARA SQLI instead, then the HTML Call object is sent as HTML.
