In the login dialog, the name field defaults to the first user (at installation) that logged into the system rather than the last log-in.
Investigation
This behavior was reproduced using the Java UserInterface (UI) 11.1.0 + build.893 on Windows Server 2012, the UI does not remember the last log on. It always defaults back to the first user that was logged onto the system.

Cause type: Defect Root Cause: In the login dialog, the UserInterface does not propose the username of the last successful login.
