Automic encrypting tool (UCYBCRYP) does not generate different encoded passwords for passwords that are 15-characters long each time you run it through the encrypting tool.

It generates a new encoded password for 9, 14, 16, and 17 characters long, but not 15.

This is due to the algorithm used in the encrypting tool.
