NAS is generating alerts outside of the Operating Time window.

Issue/Introduction

A nas Pre-processing rule was setup to only allow alerts to be generated during a set time period in the Operating Period tab; however, alerts were being generated before and after the scheduled time period.

Resolution

The following two troubleshooting steps were performed:

1. Recreated the Pre-processing rule and Operating Time in nas. 
2. It was found that the remote server time was set incorrectly from what the nas Operating Time was expecting, which was causing the alerts to be generated outside of the operating period.  After changing the time of the remote server to reflect the time nas was using, the issue was resolved.
