pu command cannot authenticate user

Issue/Introduction

• I am trying to use the pu.exe command to run a callback on my robot
• The robot is connected to a secondary hub
• The user credentials are LDAP
• PU.exe fails to authenticate the LDAP user

Environment

Release: CNMSPP99000-8.51-Unified Infrastructure Mgmt-Server Pack-- On Prem
Component:

Cause

• The secondary hub is not configured as a Proxy hub and therefore does not attempt any LDAP authentication

Resolution

• Define the following on the LDAP tab of the Hub Advanced Settings
  • Nimsoft Proxy Hub
  • Proxy LDAP Authentication
    • Select the primary hub in the Proxy Hub dropdown
