When modifying the Automation Engine ucsrv.ini to host_name = *OWN, Agents when they start may not be able to populate a hostname, but instead only an IP address. This can cause inconsistencies in cycling Agents from within the System Overview or transferring reports to the Automation Engine.

Root Cause: Using *OWN is not recommended - to eliminate potential OS issues and or multiple NIC's causing unexpected returns, the best practice would be using the hostname necessary for the environment.

Set the ucsrv.ini to the hostname, not to *OWN.
