Error Message :
AwE-5102 - Agent error
Schedule has an invalid agent for this module: null

Editing and saving an OAE Schedule results in the above AwE-5102 error.

The Agent selection text box on the schedule should remain grayed out with a "No Selection" option available for schedules associated with OAE jobs. However, in earlier AM version 8 releases this option was not grayed out and could be modified thus resulting in the above error message.

 

Environment

CA Automic Applications Manager

Resolution

The Agent selection was not meant to be selectable.

Do not attempt to change the selection field on schedules for OAE Agents.
