Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00000000 0?

All java based agents write messages with "0?" into the log and trace files when the report size is too large for the transfer.

Note that this behavior has no effect on job processing.

Investigation

In a trace log of the agent (TCP=9) the following information can be found:

00000000 01085543 45585F52 2020FE30 01524550  >..UCEX_R  þ0.REP<
00000010 5F515549 54303103 00AE600F 00799425  >_QUIT01..®`..y.%<

20160707/162223.660 - 37                  msgnr = '0'
20160707/162223.661 - 37     U00000000 0?

This means that a REP_QUIT01 was received with the msgnr = '0';
