In cases such as this, usually the credentials or combination of user/password of the following user ''Domain\User'' is not correct at the moment.
The account may have been locked by an external attempt, or a false password is stored in the used login object.
Update the login object (completely remove/re-enter the credentials) and have the administration team check to ensure that the username and password combination are valid.
Work Processes (Windows):
If the username and password have been confirmed correct, the following may apply:
1) Investigate the log and check if a login error based on the Windows user (not the user in the SQLDRIVERCONNECT string) exists.
2) If so, check the ODBC connections to see whether Windows Integrated Authentication is being utilized.
3) If using a Service Manager, change the Service Manager to run as the referenced account from the logs, restart the Service Manager, and start the WPs and CPs. If not, start the process with the mentioned account.
