Issue/Introduction
Error Message : U00034004 The 'WP' 'AUTOMIC#WP002' with IP address: '10.0.0.1' port: '02272' cannot continue as the number of server licenses for 'Windows' are exhausted.
When the ucsrv.ini file points to a cluster with it's own hostname and IP address, the Java Worker Process (JWP) gives a licensing error similar to the one above when attempting to start.
The error does not appear if the ucsrv.ini file points to the localhost instead of the clustered environment.
