Error Message :
Unable to save and sync folder permissions: Timeout in DM ImportExportService (>60000).

Red error message saying "Unable to save and sync folder permissions: Timeout in DM ImportExportService (>60000)." randomly pops up when navigating to Release Automation or Administration tabs.

Error message pops up intermittently, and can appear without any user action.

Root Cause: Timeout parameter in the connection.properties file is not a large enough value for all the background processes that the user is running.

Additional Information

Workaround :
Increase the value in the connection.properties file, located at <TomcatInstallation>\webapps\awi\config\webui-plugin-bond.

The default value is 60000 ms, and this value should be increased until the user no longer sees the error message. The necessary increase to the value will vary depending on the number of processes the user is utilizing.
