Unable to view OEBS output.

The manual states the following regarding our OAE agent:

A standard Applications Manager remote agent is no longer a prerequisite when installing the OAE agent.

While this is true, if you don't have a remote agent located on the server where the OAE database is located you will receive the above error if you try and view OEBS output.

You should be able to view the Applications Manager standard output but not the output for the OEBS Job.

Root Cause: An agent must be located on the server where the Oracle Applications database is located to be able to view OEBS output.

An Applications Manager Remote Agent must be installed on the server where the Oracle Applications database resides.
Installing a Remote Agent on that server should correct the issue.
