An installation of .NET V4 from the official Microsoft download center may fail with a message about having the wrong certificate.
ARA requires that .NET 4 be installed on the IIS machine.
If .NET 4 is not already installed on the machine, you have to install it from the official Microsoft download site:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
The 'Standalone Installer/Offline Install' has a problem, when trying to install on a host machine without an Internet connection.
The error message during the installation complains about a certificate being wrong in the installer package.
