After upgrade to version 11.2.3 CPs and WPs fail to start and a U00005132 error results

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00005132 No entry in table UC_ZDU. Please update initial data.

After upgrading from Automation Engine (AE) version 11.2.3 to 11.2.3 HF1, unable to start the CPs and WPs and the above error message is displayed.

If the initial data load is performed again as is suggested by the error, there is no error during the load (ucybdbld_log_00.txt), and the CPs and WPs still do not start.

Root Cause: The unix tar file for the initialdata contains an erroneous uc_ini.txt: Version 11.2.4 instead of 11.2.3.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

In the following versions, a defect associated with component Initialdata exists:
 

Automation Engine Version 11.2.3
Automation Engine Version 11.2.3 HF1

As a result, Initialdata for Linux/Unix contains outdated data.
Impacts are seen on file “db.tar.gz”.
This does not affect the Automation Engine System itself, however, defect fixes announced for version 11.2.3 may not be included.
