Sap Jobs are not killed when using Time Control Management on SAP_XBP2 uprocs

When a Time Control Management Rule is configured in a SAP_XBP2 uproc that is supposed to kill the Job if a certain duration of time is exceeded, the job is killed as expected in Dollar Universe, but not is SAP.
In SAP, the job stays running until it is properly terminated.
There is no specific error message in Dollar Universe, neither in the log nor in the job log of the executed job, but in the RZ15 output from the target SAP system we see that the API BAPI_XBP_JOB_ABORT is not called when Time Control Management is applied.
