U00050014 Cannot open attachment file '[email protected]', error code: '2', error description: 'The system cannot find the file specified.

Notification fails when sending to a user group which has 70 or more members.  

The Notification aborts with the message:
 

U00050014 Cannot open attachment file '[email protected]',
error code: '2', error description: 'The system cannot find the file specified.'.

Root Cause: Limitation on Notification object to process more than 70 recipients per usergroup.

Workaround :
