The Windows job messenger cannot decrypt encrypted passwords.

Cause

Cause type:

Root Cause: The Windows Job Messenger could not decrypt encrypted passwords beginning with two soft hyphens.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
