Error U00021178 when loading date with DB load

Error Message :
U00021178 The selected file cannot be loaded because it was created with a higher AE version. (UCDBUP '18', File '19')

Loading Initial data using the DB Load utility stops with the following pop up:

Cause

Cause type: By design
Root Cause: This error appears when the utilities are a much older version than the initial data.

Resolution

Always update the utilities before loading the initial data.
