All jobs aborting after modifying the u_spv_com file

Error Message :
"C:\Program " is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
User doesn't seem to be able to use Command Line.
After making changes to the u_spv_com.bat file for Generic Supervision for Alerts, all jobs are aborting.
The job logs contain errors that indicate there is a problem with a path that has been improperly defined and the submission account user is unable to run the command line due to the improper path definition.
