U04006578 RunID '' has not yet been generated. No data available for monitor.

Runtime of objects randomly display negative values in the Activity window / statistics / Process Monitoring view and the above error message is displayed upon trying to display the workflow monitor.

Defect
Root Cause: Tasks started with specific start time and start-type cause log-change, even if the task has already ended. In this case, the run-time of the task shows negative values.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
