The local Java client always defaults to the activation time shown below:

Cause

Cause type:
Defect
Root Cause: Time frame for activation can use the wrong start and end date/time because the user time zone was used to calculate the start and end time.
The start time should always start at 00:00 and the end time should end at 23:59.
