FTP Agent Job uses destination file as destination directory

Error Message :
553-Can't open that file: Not a directory

If you use a distinct filename from z/OS as source and as destination, it can happen, that the destination files is used as directory name and the source-filename is added. Giving a complete filename with path as destination did not help.
