Root Cause: There are basic requirements required when importing an Applicaiton into a new environment.

Resolution

There are few requirements that need to be adhered to when Importing an entire Application from one environment to another.
  1. When using "Deep Export"  to import the application use a zip file.
  2. Make sure all the Action Packages (including Custom Actions) that are being used in your Application are available in the new environment
  3. Export all Custom Types  being used in the Application using admin-cli.exe
  4. Export User, UserGroup, DeploymentTarget, Environment and Folder using ImportExportCLI.exe after creating the XML file you can customize the new value for new environment
