Rollback for File Move Action enabled for Unix but disabled for Windows

In the action File Move, Package Filesystem for Unix jobs, the JOBS [email protected] has rollback enabled, with a backup path as $UC4RB_DIR_FILE_MV_TARGET#. 

In the same action for Windows jobs, the JOBS [email protected] has rollback disabled. 

The rollback should:

1. ​Be set to enabled for both the Unix and Windows File Move Action.
2. Be very visible in ECC if the action fails to start.
