Banner capture error after upgrading to 8.0.15 hf1

Details: Array index out of range: 0

After upgrading to Applications Manager 8.0.15 HF1, an error message is thrown when running a captured Banner Job:

Root Cause: After upgrading, the so_operators.SO_XML field the xmlDefaultCaptureJob is not set to "BANNER_RA_TEMPLATE".

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Workaround :
Manually add the following to the SO_XML field in the so_operators table:
