The IO server hangs when the "Online backup" is launched

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
No error can be found in the universe.log of the hung node

Randomly (i.e. once a month), the IO server "hangs" while the "Online Backup" is launched
The Uproc that launches the Online Backup remains in status "Running" and does not create the backup file.
When checked via system tools ("ps -ef" on Unix/Linux and "tasklist" on Windows), process uxbck remains active on the system without performing any work.

Root Cause: Deadlock between the Online Purge and the Online Backup when launched simultaneously

Resolution

Upgrade the Dollar Universe nodes to version 6.8.21 or above.
Using this version, if the online backup is launched while the online purge is running, the backup will fail and the following message will be written to universe.log:

|WARN |X|IO |pid=pid.thread_id| owls_io_uni_bck   | owls_io_uni_bck can't be launched because other pocess like purge/rgz or bck is running and they can't run together
