Executing Windows Job with Job Report flag “Generate on error only” set, results in U00011166 System message: '87’ error

After executing a Windows Job with the flag set on the Windows Tab on Job Report to "Generate on error only", the following error is displayed in the message window after a successful execution:
U00011166 System message: '87 - The parameter is incorrect. Source: LogonUser(INTERACTIVE) Source: LogonUser(INTERACTIVE)' U00011439 Cannot log on as user 'VWGSUP15\'. Error code: '87', error description: '87 - The parameter is incorrect. Source: LogonUser(INTERACTIVE)'.
Additionally, the O*.txt files remain in the temp folder and are not deleted.

Cause
Cause type: Defect Root Cause: The Windows Agent can not remove the report (O*.TXT) file but generates an error messages if the "Generate on error only" flag for the report is set and the job ends normally.
Resolution
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
