Using the Automic Web Interface (AWI), and selecting the checkbox "User must change password at next login", the option will remain active even after the user has logged in and changed the password.

This results in the user being required to change the password every time they login.

Additional Information

Workaround :
Basically, there are two recommended workarounds.
  1. If this is a newly created user, you don't need to set this checkbox to force the user to change the password upon the first logon. Changing the password is required automatically for all new users.  Without the checkbox, the user will not be forced to change the password every time they login.
OR
  1. Uncheck the checkbox once the user changes their password manually.
