Synchronization between DUAS and UVMS incomplete - Connected with Warning

Issue/Introduction

Notably when registering the node at installation, but sometimes also during normal usage, the synchronization of DUAS with UVMS fails.
The synchronization retrieves Security (Roles/Groups), Alerts, Node List and System User Patterns, but when the synchronization fails during installation only the default roles are available on the node and consequently the node cannot be accessed. 

Environment

Version: 6.x and 7.x

Component: Dollar Universe

Cause

By default, the synchronization times out after 15 seconds, this can be insufficient on certain environments.

Resolution

Increase the timeout between the DUAS node and the UVMS.
The default value is 15 seconds, it is advised to increase to 60 seconds.

Stop the DUAS node and use the following command to increase the timeout: 
Unix:
$UNI_DIR_EXEC/unisetvar U_UVMS_TIMEOUT 60
Windows:
%UNI_DIR_EXEC%\unisetvar U_UVMS_TIMEOUT 60

Then start the node again, the node should no longer appear with Status "Connected with Warning"
