After upgrade to 6.1.01, all UPROC/SESSION/TASK with submission account "administrator" do not work properly

Description :DUAS upgrading from 6.0.12 to 6.1.01 on WinServer,
there is process call " Conversion user services files ..." (Please check in maintenance.log or INSTALL_uniupgrade_ _DUAS_AGENT.log)
The DUAS service changed
__DUAS_AGENT_univ_administrator
to
__DUAS_AGENT_univ_Administrator
if __DUAS_AGENT_univ_administrator not exist

It cause all UPROC/SESSION/TASK with submission account administrator do not work properly
