Test Suite not Expanding on Portal

Have a Test Suite with one test case.

We are storing our test results on Agile Central.

We have CA Agile Report Generator for the Report on the Staging document.

We stage the Suite and when we go to the Portal, the Suite will not expand to show the results.



All supported DevTest releases and platforms.


Only the CA Agile Report Generator was defined for the Suite document.

You must also add the CA Agile Central Report Generator to your staging document. The staging document must contain at least one other report generator type, such as Default Report Generator. Do not replace the Default Report Generator with the CA Agile Central Report Generator.


Once the Default Report Generator was also added along with the Agile Central Report Generator in the Suite Document, the results showed properly in the Portal and the Suite could be expanded.
