When attempting to open a report that is in a status of FAULT_OTHER - Start impossible. Other error via executions in the Automic Web Interface (AWI), the session will be automatically logged off with the above message.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Import job JOBS.WIN.INC00133431 which can be found attached to this KE > enter an agent name with no login object 
  2. Execute the job > it will end in the following status: FAULT_OTHER - Start impossible. Other error
  3. Open the executions of this mentioned job > click on report > logoff will be forced


Cause type:
Root Cause: Bug causes a forced logoff from AWI when opening a report that's in a status of “FAULT_OTHER – Start impossible” via executions.
