Root Cause: After an unexpected reboot of Windows, Dollar Universe cannot been relaunched without first performing an off-line reorganization.

Resolution
Before to startup a Dollar Universe, run a Off-line reorganization:
-Check that Dollar Universe is stopped; if not, launch the command unistop
-Open a command prompt window and go to the directory of your company
-Set the environment with the command unienv
-Go to BIN directory
-Run the command of the Off-line reorganization : unireorg
-Start Dollar Universe: unistart
Fix Status: No Fix
