The problem is probably due to user restrictions on the .EXE file location you are trying to run - as discussed in the thread above - or to some other processes still alive and preventing you from running the installation.

Resolution

SOLUTION 1- Copy your patch folder to another directory and try again.

SOLUTION 2- Restart WINDOWS - in case any hidden process is still using the file you are trying to copy - and try again.

SOLUTION 3- Stop WMIPVSE service and try again.
