Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
com.uc4.ftpjob.DataTransferException: 500 User Exit denies Userid '' from using Command 'CWD'.

When running an RTP FTP Job against a z/OS server, the job may fail when attempting to change directories.

The output file shows the error is thrown after job executes a 'change directory (cd)' command.
