Description :Jobs are in aborted status but can be relaunched manually one by one.

Root Cause: This is due to the limitation of the dynamic port tcp range.

Resolution

Increase the tcp Dynamic Port Range parameter:

Example to see the parameter :

C:\>netsh int ipv4 show dynamicport tcp

Protocol tcp Dynamic Port Range
---------------------------------
Start Port : 49152
Number of Ports : 256

Example to change the parameter :

C:\>netsh int ipv4 set dynamicport tcp start=xxxxx num=xxxx
