Scheduling RULES are used to determine the frequency of scheduling a job:
- They are available for Scheduled Tasks and Optional Tasks
- Provoked Tasks and Cyclic Tasks do not include Rules
- Of course, a Scheduled or Optional Task can include several Rules (the job is scheduled every Monday and the Last day of the Month -> 2 Rules)
- A Rule is copied to the Task which uses it. Modifying a Rule will not affect the Task unless the Rule is reassigned to the Task
In order to reassign a rule:
- From UVC go to DESIGN> TASK
- Choose the task that's needed
- Select all the rules that should be reassigned and click on Reassign to be updated> Right click > Reassign Rules
After this modification, the Job Runs and will be updated with the new modifications.
