Description :Tasks are not scheduled and nothing is displayed in the Job Runs.
After a offline reorganization the issue is still present

Environment

OS: Windows Server 2008
OS Version: The issue arrived on Windows Server 2008 R2 Entreprise, but could also reproduce on other Windows version

Cause

Root Cause: This is a system issue sometimes provoked by a Windows update.

Resolution

Check with your Sys Admin if any Windows update has been done.
Run the command netstat -ao and check if the command is executed.
If the command takes very much time to be executed please reboot your machine.

Fix Status: No Fix
