Description :A system crash provokes the unexpected stop of Dollar Universe
After the start of Dollar Universe, the jobs are not scheduled correctly: Inter-node sessions are not executed,unable to create job events...etc

Environment

OS: VMS Itanium
OS Version: OpenVMS 8.4 or another VMS version

Root Cause: The unexpected stop of Dollar Universe provokes incoherence in the data files

Resolution

Run an offline reorganization:

- Go to the Dollar Universe directory
- Set the environment: @unienv.com
- Go to the BIN directory: set def [.bin]
- Check that Dollar Universe is fully stopped or launch the command: @unistop.com
- Launch the offline reorg: @unireorg.com
- Start Dollar Universe: @unistart.com

Fix Status: No Fix
