Description :Database instances in the Oracle Manager settings are not populating automatically. The list is empty.
Cause
Cause type: Configuration Root Cause: The Oracle Application Environment file is missing a constant for the variable [env file path]. It should include either run or patch. This file can be described as the Oracle Applications environment script. It is the full name of the initialization script of the OracleApplications logical environment. The Manager uses this file to connect to the Oracle Applications database, for example: /d01/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/VIS_vmsdlora12.env
