Error Message :
The error message on the universe.log shows that the installation is trying to use the hard Hostname and not the Virtual.

The cluster resource disk is available with amount / dismount of disk / packages
Even Hostname is configured with a virtual IP.

Root Cause: The Hostname of the node isn't correctly configured. IO process is trying to reach a port on the physical hostname which is already used.
After the installation you can check the listening port of your node, so you can verify the communication with the hostname and your IP Adress
netstat -ano | grep | grep LISTEN
lsof | grep
You can show the *. without the virtual Hostanme.
In order to define the good Hostame parameter and start correctly the node, check the details solution

Stop the installation with the Ctrl + c command
Modify the cluster setting with the command : $UNI_DIR_EXEC/unisetvar U_CLUSTER Y
Stop / Ensure that all is correctly stopped / Start the node
Check listening ports with the netstat command to ensure that the hostname is correctly linked to the port number
