RA WebService Jobs Running in Parallel Fails Sporadically

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Error setting the source for SOAPPart: Attempted read from closed stream.
or
com.automic.http.client.exception.HttpRequestException: Socket Closed
or
org.apache.axiom.om.OMException: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog

RA WebService jobs intermittently throw an exception whenever multiple executions are run in parallel with max parallel set to 0: 

org.apache.axiom.om.OMException: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog 

The report contains the following error messages:

or

com.automic.http.client.exception.HttpRequestException: Socket Closed
