Description :From the Univiewer Console, it is not possible to manage Dollar Universe node effectively.
There is sporadically an issue that prevents the display of the real status of the job runs in production.

Root Cause: The server(s) with the connection issue had to be defined with the host name and domain in the /etc/hosts file.

Resolution

Edit the host file and add the server with connection issue
e.g:

# Sample HOSTS file entry:

192.0.2.1 <hostname> # ready host server

Please remember that this file is case sensitive.

Fix Status: No Fix
