Attribute dialog not visible during restart if used in a subtask of a Workflow

Issue/Introduction

When a task within a blocked Workflow is restarted and in the pop-up in the Tab "Test option" the option "Activate attributes dialog" is checked, the corresponding pop-up of the Attributes Dialog is not displayed.
 
The same behavior exists when the task in the Workflow itself has the Attribute dialog checked. There is also no pop-up when the attributes dialog is displayed.

Attribute dialog does not work if used in a subtask of a workflow during restart. Task starts normal without showing attribute dialog.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
