On the universe.log this error may appear indicating that the synchro has been restablished:

Description :Dollar Universe 6.x nodes synchronization with UVMS is being lost

Cause

Cause type:
Configuration
Root Cause: The reverse dns did not have the entries for the Dollar Universe nodes.

Resolution

Either adding an entry IP HOSTNAME per Dollar Universe node on the UVMS hosts file

Or adding all the required entries IP HOSTNAME and HOSTNAME IP on the DNS and reverse DNS

To be easily checked via a nslookup IP_DUASNODE from the UVMS node


Increase the timeout on the communication between Dollar Universe 6.x and Univiewer Management Server 4.x

On UVC: Node Settings - Technical Settings - Timeout for Connections to UVMS (seconds) -> change it to 60
