Description :Under the "Intervention History", the Origin of the intervention indicates only 'user' but not the username (login account)

Root Cause: The behaviour is normal. In UVC online help, it is said that if the Origin is User, the operator intervened.

Resolution

A clarification was added in the documentation since Dollar Universe 6.2.01.
