Root Cause: Dollar Universe is installed with wrong port numbers.

Root Cause: Dollar Universe is installed with wrong port numbers.
Resolution
Perform the following steps:
1) Delete the node from UVMS (refresh to ensure it has completed successfully)
2) Stop the $U instance
3) Edit the "values.xml" file, found in the data folder of the $U instance in question, and enter the correct port numbers for each of the areas under the tag.
4) From the command line, run the following command:
unims -register -mshost -msport -login admin -pwd admin
5) Refresh the nodes in UVMS and then start the $U instance again.
Fix Status: No Fix
